The Saint Paul Seminary School of Divinity (SPSSOD) is operated under an affiliation agreement between the University of St. Thomas, the Saint Paul Seminary and the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis. The vision, mission and core values are as follows:

Salary Range: $61,000 to $68,000
The University of St. Thomas has provided a salary range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The specific salary offered will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information.
JOB SUMMARY
This role captures and tells the story of The Saint Paul Seminary through graphic design, photography, videography, and social media management. You will engage with a variety of teams to share the mission of The Saint Paul Seminary in forming joyful, Catholic leaders who are seminarians, deacons, and lay people.
This position is full-time and reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications for The Saint Paul Seminary. It involves planning and executing multi-media content in support of multiple teams within the Seminary, management of projects and strategizing for social media platforms.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Design and layout multiple print and digital materials including crafting copy and selecting images to coordinate with multiple teams and produce high-quality products.
Capture photographs, videos, and plan digital storytelling for multiple events at flexible times.
Manage social media platforms, curate and create content, engage with the platforms regularly.
Supports planning and execution of the Seminary’s internal communications plan.
Minimum Qualifications
An equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills have been acquired may be substituted.
