The University of St. Thomas invites qualified candidates to apply for a Part-time Program Manager for the Family Business Center in hte Opus College of Business.
This is a grant-funded position and we anticipate this to be a three-year appointment, dependent on continued funding. This part-time position requires an average of 20 hours per week and attendance at events, including one early morning per month during the school year.

Pay Range: $25.40 to $33.00/hr
The University of St. Thomas has provided a salary range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The specific salary offered will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information.
JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Program Manager will take ownership of program operations, ensure excellent member and participant experiences, and contribute to the development of new initiatives and revenue-generating opportunities. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, education, communications, or a related field
Three years of experience in program management, higher education, member-focused organizations or related fields
Demonstrated ability to mange multiple programs simultaneously, with strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication skills, with ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, exercising judgment within established guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in program development, budget tracking, and event management
Familiarity with family business, multigenerational dynamics or member-based associations
Proficiency with CRM systems, data tracking, and report preparation
