THE SAINT PAUL SEMINARY SCHOOL OF DIVINTY
The Saint Paul Seminary School of Divinity (SPSSOD) is operated under an affiliation agreement between the University of St. Thomas, the Saint Paul Seminary and the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis. The vision, mission and core values are as follows:

Hiring will be contingent upon the successful completion of the Archdiocese of Saint Paul & Minneapolis’ “E3” Requirements of Safe Environment Training (see https://safe-environment.archspm.org/essential-3/), including manifesting a commitment to follow the Archdiocesan Code of Conduct for Church Personnel.
JOB SUMMARY
This role will provide psychological services including counseling, training, teaching, and consultation to seminarians at Saint Paul Seminary and to the formation team.
This position has a full time equivalency (FTE) of 0.625 or 25 hours per week, 12 months out of the year.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide individual and group counseling services
Provide consultation and training to formation staff, promoting a culture of integrative formation under the direction of the rector
Conduct workshops and training for various departments of The Saint Paul Seminary, including, but not limited to, human formation, spiritual formation, and ongoing clergy formation
Participate in admissions process, including review of assessments and being a member of interview team
Assist the Director of Counseling with special projects and administrative functions as needed

Salary Range: $42,000 to $60,000
