JOB SUMMARY
Under direction of the Grounds Maintenance Supervisor, maintain and improve campus grounds to the level of attention determined by the University of St. Thomas management. Work with student grounds employees to complete projects.

Abilities: The ability to read, write and follow oral written instructions. Ability to operate various cleaning, landscaping and snow removal equipment including, but not limited to UTV, skid loaders, forklift, mowers (riding and push), snow
blowers, trucks, snowplows, weed whips, backpack blowers, etc. Ability to perform all essential functions listed in the job posting.
