The University Advancement Team offices out of the Minneapolis Campus. The person in this role will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity, at least four days in-office on campus and one day remotely. Work schedules will always be dictated by business needs.

JOB SUMMARY
The University Advancement Coordinator provides administrative support to the development team within University Advancement, with a primary focus on supporting Corporate and Foundation Relations. Primary responsibilities include providing office support and administrative assistance, providing internal and external customer service, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing meeting and donor materials, managing team space, and coordinating mailings.
The Coordinator provides administrative, research, and communications support to the Corporate and Foundation Relations team, ensuring accurate data management, timely execution of projects, and coordination with development staff and external partners. Additionally, assists with proposals, reports, and stewardship activities as needed.
