Salary Range: $19.45 to $24.25/hr

JOB SUMMARY
Provide complex administrative support to 8-10 full-time and 10-15 adjunct faculty as well as providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact in the faculty office. Work effectively with faculty and staff on confidential administrative functions and provide administrative support for student competition teams. Interact with administrators, faculty and staff in the School of Law as well as the entire St. Thomas community. Needs to comply with professional ethical standards, particularly confidential information. Provides backup support to other staff in
the School of Law. Demonstrates independent decision making. Works effectively with limited supervision. Proactively supports department goals and objectives.
