Salary Range: $19.94 to $22.60/hr

JOB SUMMARY
The Coordinator II position is the primary point of contact for the Guadalupe’s Scholars and Verso L’Alto programs within the Habiger Institute for Catholic Leadership. The position focuses on student recruitment and retention, program formation meetings, coordination of student service opportunities, academic support, and collaboration with other university departments and programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Minimum Qualifications
Must be able to work flexible hours which may include evenings, weekends, and periodic travels out of state
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to speak Spanish
An undergraduate degree in Catholic Theology, Catholic Studies, Religious Education, Religious Studies or a related field
Experience serving in Catholic Education or ministry
Personal knowledge and experience with Hispanic faith communities
