JOB SUMMARY
The University of St. Thomas, a NCAA Division I institution and proud member of WCHA, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to serve as the Assistant Coach for the Women’s Ice Hockey program. The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of the program, including on-ice coaching, player development, recruitment, academic support, video analysis, and administrative duties.

1. Recruiting
2. Student-athlete development and mentorship
3. Administrative
4. Team building, game and practice planning
5. Other duties as assigned by head coach
Minimum Qualifications
Three years of relevant coaching and/or playing experience, preferably at a Division I institution or at the professional level
An equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills have been acquired may be substituted.
