Salary Range: $60,000 - $72,000

JOB SUMMARY
The Manager of Communications and Marketing assists with the development and execution of a comprehensive communications strategy for University Advancement (UA), which includes Development, Legacy Giving, Donor Relations and Corporate and Foundation Relations. This position plans and implements strategies that excite audiences about the potential for St. Thomas, increase comprehensive philanthropy, and enhance partnerships with donors, corporations, and foundations through strategic storytelling, stewardship, and communications. This includes oversight and tactical execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns and communications projects.
Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, this role is part of the central University Advancement team. The position works closely with colleagues across University Advancement, Marketing, Insights and Communications (MIC), the President’s Office, and the university’s academic and administrative units to coordinate communications and marketing activities, identify the right stories in support of strategic objectives, track progress against goals, and share insights and learnings. This position will not have direct reports but may assist in the development and management of student interns.
