Pay Range: $20.42 to $26.00/hr

JOB SUMMARY
The Coordinator III is responsible for supporting the mission of the University by providing comprehensive support to the Dean and Associate Dean’s of the College of Arts and Sciences.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Administrative support for the Dean and Associate Deans, including calendar management, team meeting schedules, support the CAS Board of Advisors and email correspondence from the dean’s office. First point of contact for the dean’s office providing general office support, including ordering supplies, managing maintenance requests and general event support. Coordinates, schedules, and orders catering for standing meetings for the dean’s office.
Event planning and management for the college, dean’s office and development partners. Create marketing materials, event registrations, reserve rooms, arrange catering, room diagrams and coordinate technological needs for events and meetings. Staff events on behalf of CAS and organize information fairs.
Support CAS Chairs in monthly meetings, access management and organize retreats. Coordinate other meetings led by CAS Dean’s office personnel (e.g. CAS Board of Advisors, CAS Ambassadors, CAS staff and/or faculty meetings and socials).
Maintains directories, records, and certain confidential and essential compliance documents for the college. Create the annual college free-hour schedule, maintain the college events calendar, records of grade changes, maintain the CAS space inventory, maintain distribution lists, track IDEA forms, annual evaluations, tenure & promotion and assist with book order management.
Other duties as assigned.
