The University of St. Thomas invites qualified candidates to apply for a Part-Time, Temporary Campus Life Student Engagement Coordinator position within Campus Life.
This is a part-time, temporary position estimated to work up to 20 hours a week, dependent on business needs. The ideal candidate will be able to begin as soon as possible and work for a minimum of eight weeks. Some evening and weekend hours required.

Salary Range: $19.45 - $25.00 an hour

The specific salary offered will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information.
JOB SUMMARY
This temporary position will provide support for Campus Life student programs including assisting with planning and implementation of student engagement events and programs and advising/supervising undergraduate student employees. This position will serve as a temporary member of the Department of Campus Life and will provide department support for campus events and traditions and other duties as assigned. This position will have some evening and weekend hours.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Campus Life Student Engagement
· Provide support in planning and implementing end of the year student engagement events and programs including first-year specific and end of year campus traditions and events.
· Assist with marketing and tracking student involvement via Tommie Link
· Assist as part of Campus Life team in managing office daily operations including responding to calls, answering questions and providing office coverage as needed.
Welcome Days
· Provide support in planning for fall 2025 Welcome Days full schedule of events including event planning, marketing and communications
· Assist in managing Welcome Days leaders including supporting onboarding and communication.
Undergraduate Tommies Engagement Consultants
· Supervise TEC leaders and provide support for managing TEC requests
