Salary Range: $65,890 to $85,865

JOB SUMMARY
Under the leadership of the Director of Construction, the Facilities Project Coordinator coordinates complex administrative processes during various phases of campus projects. This position serves as a liaison and resource to project managers, contractors, campus departments, and clients. Will take a role in the coordination of new construction projects, renovations, capital improvement and deferred maintenance projects by interfacing with the UST community, contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to provide a coordinated flow of information and attention to project priorities. Requires high initiative, attention to detail and knowledge of construction, construction processes, and project management processes.
