Hourly Range: $28.73 to $39.66

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Facilities Maintenance, the Carpentry Supervisor directs and supervises the work of Carpenters and Locksmiths. The position is responsible for the coordination and direction of maintenance related to carpentry and locksmith including repair, replacement, remodeling, and renovation. The position is also responsible for supervising the activities of a variety of service contractors such as painting, roofing repairs, garage door maintenance and other miscellaneous equipment maintenance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Minimum Qualifications
Completion of a formal program of technical training for the carpentry trade and formal apprenticeship in the carpentry trade, -OR-
Seven years of equivalent on-the-job training in carpentry and construction skills, processes, and procedures to include supervisory experience
Must possess a valid State of Minnesota driver’s license with no outstanding violation
