    The University of St. Thomas invites qualified candidates to apply for an Administrative Assistant position within the School of Divinity.

    • Administration for Vice President of Institutional Advancement –
      • Plans, coordinates and maintains calendar
      • Communicates and coordinates activities with key institutional audiences on behalf of Vice-President
      • Arranges travel and lodging
      • Prepares materials and arranges details for meetings
      • Composes and produces documents, proposals and letters
      • Records and files meeting notes for individual and committee meetings
      • Prepares weekly and monthly advancement reports
    • Provides administrative support for Institutional Advancement Team
      • As a team member, provides assistance for day to day operations and activities
      • Maintains department files for Institutional Advancement office
      • Serves as first point of contact for Institutional Advancement office
      • Maintains and updates department calendar
      • Orders supplies and services, monitors and updates inventory
      • Assists with accounts payable and check requests
      • Provides administrative support for alumni relations
      • Serves as back-up for gift processor as necessary
    • Donor Events – assists with preparation and hosting of Institutional Advancement and Community Relations events as needed
    • Provides back-up administrative support for Vice Rector’s office, Business Administrator and Rector’s office


    Minimum Qualifications

    • High School diploma or the equivalent
    • Two (2) years of administrative support experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of Microsoft office and database experience (Raisers Edge preferred)
