The Program Coordinator helps to maintain and grow four graduate programs by assisting needs in academic operations, program support and student support. The program coordinator is the main contact for on-campus and off-campus events and supports the program director and faculty director to achieve program success.
Academic Operations: Serve as main contact for faculty providing course readiness and coordination between faculty members. Lead and develop efforts to deliver courses and materials as integrated modules to the standards expected on best practices in four cohort programs. Support faculty as they develop consistent program standards for digital and on-line experiences for students. Oversee LMS to ensure consistency, oversee cohort calendars and syllabi. Keep up to date with LMS best practices. Coordinate book purchases and course packs. Manage process of grades, registration, CME, faculty meetings, book orders and course packs
Program support: Assist with planning program events, global residency, Health Policy Seminar, Reflection day and final presentations. Assist with executive coaching preparations, provide accreditation support, manage IDEA evaluation process, manage student survey process and results, maintain program scorecards, process adjunct contracts, create and maintain student rosters and bios. Oversee and manage processes related to; business office, financial aid, scholarships, sexual misconduct video.
Student Support: Serve as a backup for academic advising/student onboarding and other program related events. Plan and execute assigned on-campus cohorts including scheduling, events, catering, and supplies. Monitor academic holds/incomplete grades, graduation applications and registration process.
Program Events: Oversee and execute assigned on-campus events including but not limited to cohort weekends, orientation, student onboarding, commencement, reflection days, final projects, global residencies, health policy day, guest speakers, cohort events while on-campus.
Assists Program and Faculty Directors: Works closely with directors to meet all requirements for cohorts, including student communication, outreach, recruitment, events and partnership meetings.
